All Schools automatically hold an account with us and goods will be invoiced with payment due on the 20th of the month following delivery.
For personal and non-account holder orders credit card payment is required prior to dispatch of goods.
Total Education Solutions Ltd reserves the right to uplift any goods that are in breach of these payment terms.
All orders will be charged freight at the following rates excluding larger or bulky items:

What are larger or bulky items?
We have a number of larger or made to order products that require more specialised truck delivery.
These are marked online and you will be informed of any additional freight price on these after placing your order.

Delivery Times and Details:
We endeavour to get your order out within 24 hours. Standard delivery times to each area are:
North Island: 2-3 working days.
South Island: 3-4 working days.
Rural: Allow and extra 1-2 working days.
Anything outside of this due to stock errors or delays, we will notify you within 48 hours of placing your order.
Most orders are delivered by Fastway courier Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm. If you have any special delivery requirements please ensure you state these when submitting your order.
A clear physical address and current phone number must be provided for delivery. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Alternatively, you can collect your goods from our Napier store at 1/9 Nelson Quay, Ahuriri, Napier. Please check the box “click & collect” when submitting your cart and we will let you know when your order is ready for collection.
Returns and Faulty Goods
All products carry a 12 month warranty against faulty manufacture and workmanship.
All damaged or unwanted goods must be returned within 10 days.
Please notify us of any freight damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving these. These must be signed for as “damaged”.
Please contact us on 0800 888 431 or email@example.com with any faulty or unwanted goods prior to returning and we will email you a return authority and a label to organise collection. Freight will be charged on all incorrectly ordered or no longer required items.
A credit note or full refund of returned goods will be provided once goods have been received by us in original condition.
We are happy to provide you with apparel samples for sizing. Phone or email us to arrange.
All samples will be invoiced and credited upon return in bags, in original condition within 10 working days.
Freight will be charged on all samples sent and/or collected.
